We are seeking a Sales Associate that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team. Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 annually Responsibilities: • Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience. • Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service. • Greet customers in a friendly manner and understand customer needs. • Provide assistance with vehicle selection, delivery and follow-up after the purchase. • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures. • Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. • Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics. • Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve. • Drive business through training and high-level involvement in operations. • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
