What We Pay • Flat rate up to $45/hour for A-level techs — top performers earning six figures • B-tech range: $25–$35/flat hour • C-tech / Lube & Tire: $18–$25/hour with a clear path up • Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus — half on hire, half at 90 days • Production bonuses for hours flagged • Guaranteed hourly base while you build your flat-rate book — you don't starve waiting for work We run real volume. Requirements • Your own tools (appropriate to your level) • Valid driver's license and clean-enough driving record • Reliable attendance — show up, that's most of it Nice to have (not required): ASE certs, Hyundai/import experience, state inspection license.
