In this role, you'll ensure that repairs are performed accurately and efficiently by qualified technicians, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the service department. Shop Foreman Duties: • Oversee a team of 25 technicians and provide technical support. • Monitor productivity and efficiency. • Share expertise and knowledge with the team. • Foster harmony and teamwork. • Ensure high-quality service repairs by conducting periodic spot checks on completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. • Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the dealership's commitment to excellence. Shop Foreman Qualifications/Requirements: • Ford experience is a plus • At least 10 years Automotive Technician experience desired. • Supervisory and organizational skills • Valid Drivers License (preferred) All candidates are subject to background checks, reference checks and drug screenings prior to employment.
