About the Job Join Colonial Ford Truck Sales as a Service Support Staff team member and help deliver an outstanding service experience. You’ll support the day-to-day operations of our service department and helping ensure the department runs smoothly. Service Support Staff Responsibilities • Supporting service technicians through daily tasks • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency under the supervision of a Master Technician • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
