Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Porter/Valet to join our team! This role plays an important part in creating a great first impression by keeping our dealership lot clean, organized, and welcoming while providing exceptional valet service to our guests. What You'll Be Doing • Keep the dealership lot clean, organized, safe, and visually appealing • Park, stage, and arrange vehicles according to dealership standards • Perform routine lot and vehicle cleanliness checks and report any issues or damages • Greet customers warmly and provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles • Assist customers with directions, questions, and general requests to ensure a positive experience • Help track vehicle inventory and maintain accurate vehicle locations on the lot • Support the service team with additional tasks and projects as needed What We're Looking For • Previous porter, valet, or customer service experience is preferred but not required • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the day • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Ability to safely operate vehicles of various makes and models • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background screening What We Offer • Competitive Pay • Health Insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) retirement plan Why Capital?
