Requirements: • Proven experience as an automotive service technician with a flat-rate work approach. • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools. • Ability to work efficiently under time constraints and meet productivity goals. • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Valid automotive technician certifications or licenses preferred.
