Purpose Of This Position The purpose of this position is to ensure direct distribution orders and shipments are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional support to customers, distributors, retailers, and the sales team. This role helps maintain strong customer relationships by monitoring orders, resolving issues, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring customer commitments are met. What You’ll Be Doing Key Responsibilities Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on daily customer orders and shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Verify and approve daily buyback shipments through the Supplier Web Portal. Provide responsive customer service and support to customers, distributors, retailers, and the sales team. Create, track, and resolve customer and order-related issues through Zendesk. Maintain accurate customer, product, sourcing, and retailer information within company systems. Track order activity, dealer changes, participation, inventory, and promotional programs. Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to direct distribution activities.
