The Internet Automotive Sales Representative is responsible for managing online customer inquiries, setting qualified sales appointments, and delivering a professional, customer‑friendly experience. What You’ll Do • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and email inquiries to engage potential customers. • Set and confirm customer appointments for vehicle showings. • Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles. • Develop strong product knowledge, including vehicle features, trims, options, and technology. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. • Answer inbound phone calls professionally and assist customers with questions. • Maintain accurate contact notes and appointment information in the CRM system. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand‑off for scheduled appointments.
