Pay and perks • $25-$60 an hour, with the most competitive technician pay on the Western Slope — the more skilled you are, the more you earn • Signing bonuses available depending on your level of expertise • Corporate ski pass available once winter hits • Employee vehicle purchase plans • 401(k) plan Schedule and time off • 8-5, with genuine protection on your time • 2 weeks of vacation to start, growing to 4 weeks based on tenure • Paid holidays, including Memorial Day and Labor Day • Flexible scheduling Training and growth • Full training path from basic certification up through Ford's Elite technician levels • Growth opportunities as you build your skills • Long-term job security with a company that's been doing this for nearly five decades Responsibilities • Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards • Test drive vehicles and test components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and A/C systems • Communicate directly with your Service Advisor so guests stay informed on additional service needed, including time estimates • Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications Qualifications • 2+ years of Service Technician experience is great, but it's not a deal breaker.
