You’ll Love Working With Us: • $25.00 – $27.00/hour • 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios – provide focused, individualized care • Flexible assignments, schedule control, and true work-life balance What You'll Be Doing: • Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical needs, or other health challenges • Take vitals, perform assessments, document care, and update the RN supervisor • Support patients in following their care plan and learning self-care techniques • Educate family members on care routines, medications, and home safety • Work alongside a care team including RNs, CNAs, and physicians • Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing care coordination What You’ll Need: • Active Ohio LPN license • Graduate of an accredited LPN program • At least 1 year of LPN experience, ideally in home health • CPR certification • Familiarity with home health regulations (state and federal) • Clinical confidence, strong communication, and a compassionate heart Why Choose Interim HealthCare?
