Performance Dodge in Ferriday, LA is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Manager to lead our high-performing service department. We’re looking for a strong communicator and proven leader who can deliver an exceptional service experience, ensure efficient shop operations, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. About the Role The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the service department, managing a team of technicians and advisors, building strong customer relationships, and driving department profitability. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
