What You’ll Do • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs • Explain vehicle features, options, and benefits • Conduct product demonstrations and test drives • Present pricing, financing, and lease options • Respond to phone and internet leads using CRM software • Maintain consistent customer follow-up • Prospect for new sales opportunities • Maintain strong product knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles and technology • Participate in ongoing training and development • Support dealership goals and customer satisfaction standards • Perform other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Professional appearance and work ethic • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable working retail hours, including Saturdays • Valid driver’s license required • Ability to pass a drug screening • Proficiency with computers and basic office software • Sales experience preferred but not required Tom Bush Family of Dealerships is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
