Pay starts at $17/hour. Senior Helpers is hiring a Weekend CNA for 12 hour day shifts and overnight shifts! We are looking for a highly motivated, engaging and proactive CNA with dementia experience and a heart for caring for others. Required Caregiver Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • State Certified CNA license • Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license • Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test • TB Test Essential Functions: • Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home • Complete all daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs) • Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families • Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation • Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior Benefits: • $17 per hour • $250 Sign on Bonus • $100 Employee Referral Bonus • Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance offered • Work close to home • Clearly defined job tasks • Outstanding 24/7 support • Paid training with Dementia & Parkinson's, as well as other ongoing training opportunities Who You Are: If you are a dependable, compassionate, and empathetic professional looking for a career with a profound purpose.
