A team that supports you • Paid orientation, so you’re prepared before your first visit • Hands-on Care Lab training to practice transfers, mobility, and dementia care • Supervisors who check in regularly and are reachable when questions come up • Client matches based on your skills, schedule, and location • Recognition programs that celebrate great work Skills You'll Put to Work • Personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting done with dignity and respect • Safe transfers and mobility: proper body mechanics, gait belts, and assistive equipment • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care: person-centered approaches that reduce stress and preserve independence • Observation and reporting: noticing changes in a client’s condition and reporting them to your care team • Daily living support: meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping • Companionship: real connection that honors each client’s history and personality What You Bring • 1+ years of in-home caregiving or similar hands-on experience • Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration • Proven skill with transfers, lifts, and safe mobility assistance • Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience (strongly preferred) • Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before start) • Current TB test (within last 90 days or willingness to obtain before start) • Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license • A warm, patient, professional way with clients and families What We Offer 💰 $21–$22 per hour 🗓️ Flexible hours: short visits, long shifts, weekends, and overnights 💵 Shift coverage bonuses for picking up open shifts 📈 401(k) with employer match, once eligible ✅ Paid orientation 🎓 Hands-on Care Lab training and ongoing skill development 🚗 Mileage reimbursement 🤝 Supportive supervisors and a collaborative team 🏆 Staff recognition programs Ready to Join Us?
