DeLillo Chevrolet is looking for 2 motivated Sales Consultants to join our team! You'll have the support of our BDC team, which helps respond to and manage internet leads. Sales Consultants will also work their own leads and follow up with customers throughout the sales process. What We Offer • Competitive pay plan with strong commission opportunities • Volume bonuses • Appointment bonuses • Additional performance incentives • BDC support for internet leads • Showroom and internet sales opportunities • Management support throughout the sales process • Health Benefits • 401(k) • Professional, team-oriented work environment • Established family-owned dealership What You'll Do • Greet and professionally assist customers visiting the dealership • Build relationships and understand each customer's needs • Present and demonstrate new Chevrolet and quality pre-owned vehicles • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations • Accompany customers on test drives • Answer questions about vehicles, financing, warranties and the purchase process • Work with customers to evaluate their trade-in • Work with Sales Managers to structure deals and present purchasing and financing options • Respond to and follow up with internet leads • Work closely with our BDC team to maximize appointments and sales opportunities • Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first contact through the sale and beyond • Follow up with sold customers to build referrals and repeat business Who We're Looking For We're looking for people who are: • Motivated and goal-oriented • Professional and personable • Comfortable talking with customers • Coachable and willing to learn • Organized and consistent with follow-up • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems • Able to work independently and as part of a team Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with successful sales experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
