Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and well-being of our pool patrons. You’ll be a vital part of our team, maintaining a watchful eye over swimmers, enforcing pool rules, and responding promptly to any emergencies. Your friendly demeanor and strong communication skills will help create a positive and safe environment for all visitors. Preference is given to applicants already to processing a Red Cross Guard Certification. Flexible Schedules available for mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends. Starting pay is $15-$16/hour depending on availability and experience. Responsibilities: Preventative Surveillance Rule enforcement Respond to emergencies. Light cleaning This is a part-time hourly position. Qualifications: Requirements: Must be 15 years of age Red Cross Lifeguard (including deep water) with CPR/AED and First Aid for the professional rescuers A positive and alert attitude including a friendly and approachable demeanor is essential. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check
