We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join our Service Department. Qualifications: Position Overview The Service BDC Representative plays a critical role in driving service department performance by managing customer communications, scheduling service appointments, and supporting customer retention efforts. This role serves as a key link between our customers and service team, helping ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
