What We Offer • Competitive pay of $60,000 to $100,000 based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance and disability coverage • 401(k) retirement plan • Paid vacation and paid holidays • PTO and sick leave • New and used vehicle purchase discounts • Service and parts discounts • Uniforms provided • Flexible scheduling • Contact us for full details What You'll Do • Assist wholesale customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently • Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software • Process parts orders, returns, and credits in a timely manner • Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking, receiving, and bin organization • Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts • Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing, documentation, and recordkeeping • Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals What We're Looking For • Prior automotive parts counter experience required • Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors, and customers • Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings Sanderson Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
