Position Overview · Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility · Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment · Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations · Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner · Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping services for events or special occasions · Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities PHYSICAL DEMANDS: · The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
