What We're Looking For • Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license. • Home health or outpatient experience preferred. • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a patient caseload. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
