The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, efficiency in performing repairs, and excellent communication skills to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Benefits • Pay at $30 - $67/ hr based on skill level • Brand new, state of the art facility with AC in shop • Health insurance- Company contributes a portion to cost • Dental, Vision, Assurity, and LifeLock insurance options available • Paid Life Insurance • 401(k) with company matching • Paid Time-Off Responsibilities • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc. • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications • ASE certifications preferred but not required • Strong automotive background • Strong teamwork skills • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check • Must have clean & valid driver's license Why this Opportunity Matters Genesis embraces creation.
