Responsibilities • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive for service appointments. • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. • Provide clear and professional explanations of needed repairs and maintenance to customers. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. • Coordinate service schedules and work closely with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. • Prepare and review repair orders, including parts, labor, and warranty information. • Communicate any changes in vehicle condition and additional required services to customers. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed. • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
