What You’ll Be Doing • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems with accuracy and efficiency. • Perform work outlined on repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards. • Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify and resolve vehicle concerns. • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems as needed. • Communicate with Service Advisors regarding recommended repairs and additional service needs. • Provide accurate estimates of time needed for additional repairs. • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Work as part of a collaborative team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Take on additional responsibilities as needed. What We’re Looking For • Technicians of all experience levels — from entry-level to highly experienced. • Automotive training, education, or previous technician experience is a plus, but not required for every position. • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance appropriate to your level of experience. • A willingness to learn, grow, and develop your technical skills. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical concerns. • Comfortable learning and using electronic diagnostic equipment and technology. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Positive attitude and team-first mindset. • Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work. • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. • Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.
