As part of a leading global insurance brokerage, the intern role based out of Daytona Beach, FL, will be exposed to a range of learning opportunities, including working with new technologies, developing and troubleshooting system modifications, fostering innovation, and providing application support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Data gathering, analysis, and reporting • Exploring Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Project Management initiatives • Support tasks tied to project milestones, recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams • Complete assigned projects and deliverables, presenting recommendations at the conclusion of the internship to leaders • Actively participate in all internship program elements • Perform duties as assigned by department leadership Competencies: • Drives Results – Consistently achieve results through meeting timeframes. • Customer Focused – Builds strong relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. • Technical Aptitude – Foundational knowledge to perform tasks as directed. • Drives Engagement – Helps create a positive and engaging work environment. • Cultivates Innovation – Creates new and better ways for internal processes. • Decision Quality – Make sound and timely decisions that drive efficient workflows.
