If you are tired of where you work, or just want a change to a great environment with a great team - then come see what we have to offer..MUST HAVE FORD CERTIFICATIONS What You Do: • Conduct repairs, maintenance and inspections on Ford vehicles • Certified diesel mechanic with all around experience • Chassis, brakes, suspension, electrical and engine repair • Inspect vehicles for repairs and service needs using multi-point inspections and test tools • Document and report on items completed and in need of further service via repair order and dealer computer system (electronic repair order experience a plus) • Complete and attend manufacturer training as required Successful attributes and skills: • Your own tools • Valid driver’s license, must pass background and substance abuse review • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player • Outgoing and friendly personality • Professional appearance • State inspection license preferred Compensation and benefits: • This is a flat rate position and the rate will be determined by your skills, experience and performance • Medical, dental and vision plans • Paid vacation • Paid training • Vehicle purchase discounts
