Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $25 to $32 per flat rate hour (paid semi-monthly) based on experience • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off • Ongoing training and development programs Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, service, and parts • Climate-controlled shop with brand new equipment! • Built-in tool boxes Responsibilities: • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies • Perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across domestic and import brands • Recondition pre-owned vehicles to meet high retail-ready standards • Handle everything from light mechanical work to deeper diagnostic and drivability issues • Maintain efficiency and quality in a modern, well-equipped service facility • Work closely with service and sales teams to keep the reconditioning process flowing smoothly Requirements: • High School Diploma • An ideal candidate will have 2+ years of used vehicle reconditioning experience, ASE certifications, brand certifications, or a combination of all • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance • Fast learner • Good written and verbal communication skills • Team player • Computer literate • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment • Valid driver’s license About the Dealership Mills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
