You will work with incoming leads and showroom customers to help them find the right vehicle while delivering The Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car™ experience. You'll guide customers through the entire buying process using modern communication tools, including phone, text, video, and digital platforms. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom customers. • Build relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process. • Demonstrate vehicles and highlight features that match customer needs. • Maintain consistent follow-up to convert prospects into sales. • Use CRM systems to track customer communication and sales progress. • Maintain strong product knowledge of current inventory and market trends. • Work closely with management and team members to deliver a smooth customer experience. • Provide a professional, transparent, and customer-focused sales experience.
