Responsibilities • Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Manage and develop service team members, providing coaching and performance evaluations. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through superior service delivery. • Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. • Monitor service metrics and implement improvements to increase productivity and profitability. • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies. Requirements • Proven experience as a Service Manager, preferably within a Volkswagen or automotive dealership environment. • Strong leadership and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. • Knowledge of automotive service procedures, standards, and safety regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or management training is a plus.
