Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced diagnostic routines, complex mechanical repairs, and intricate electrical fault tracing across the complete Porsche lineup (heritage to modern high-voltage platforms). • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, upholding Porsche factory standards on every repair order. • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for Silver, Bronze, and Apprentice technicians in the shop. • Collaborate directly with Service Advisors and Shop Management to ensure transparent customer communication and optimal shop flow.
