Responsibilities • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons • Utilize vehicle locator tools to source inventory for customers • Participate in appraising trade-ins and take initiative in deal structure and customer solutions • Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty • Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM • Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business • Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing Requirements • Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills • A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance • Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele. • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be authorized to work in the USA • Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen • Must have a valid driver's license We don't take a "one-size-fits-all" approach regarding our employees' Benefits.
