Responsibilities: • Performing all front desk related functions during the night shift • Balancing accounts, processing invoices, and preparing reports • Checking in late-night arrivals and ensuring guest satisfaction • Securing the premises and monitoring for any unusual activity • Handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Requirements: • Prior experience in hotel front desk operations is preferred • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Good communication skills and customer service orientation • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Note: Duties may adapt to meet evolving business needs.
