Required Qualifications • B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience • Knowledge in the following areas: • Programming languages: C, C++ • Software development including: • Object oriented design • Unit testing • Debugging • Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills • Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment • Background check results satisfactory to SEL • Negative drug test result(s) Preferred Qualifications • Software Skills: • RTOS • Test automation • Python • Software development process (Agile) Location: Pullman, WA Competitive pay. Pay Range Data: Lead Firmware Engineer $107,600 - $161,500 Our compensation ranges are based on the responsibilities of the role. Starting pay is determined individually and considers factors such as relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and training. Candidates may be considered at different levels based on their background.
