Automotive Body Technician Mentee Midland Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated Automotive Body Technician Mentee to join our collision repair team. This is an entry-to-mid-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to grow their career in the collision repair industry. As a Body Tech Mentee, you will work alongside experienced technicians, receive hands-on training, and develop the skills needed to perform high-quality repairs that meet manufacturer and dealership standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience (or technical training) who wants to advance in a high-production, professional shop environment.
