Responsibilities • Supervise and support front desk associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations. • Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests, questions, and complaints. • Assist with scheduling and training of staff to maintain service standards. • Maintain accurate records and reports related to guest services and daily activities. • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum 2 years hotel experience preferred. • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in hospitality preferred.
