What You'll Do • Lead from the front: Help oversee daily restaurant operations, keep service running smoothly, and set the standard for excellent hospitality. • Build a great team: Support, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and work together effectively. • Create memorable guest experiences: Make guests feel welcome and address questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. • Maintain high standards: Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service consistently meet our expectations. • Keep operations running smoothly: Assist with scheduling, shift management, inventory, ordering, and administrative responsibilities. • Prioritize safety: Help maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. • Bring the energy: Help create the fun, welcoming atmosphere that makes Skybokx 109 a favorite gathering spot for sports fans, families, and friends. What We're Looking For • At least one year of food and beverage supervisory experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and people skills. • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. • The ability to lead by example, stay organized, and make smart decisions in a fast-paced environment. • A commitment to excellent guest service and high operating standards. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Availability for part-time or full-time employment. • TIPS, ServSafe, CPR, or First Aid certifications are a plus, or a willingness to obtain applicable certifications.
