Restaurant Supervisor Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill | Natick, MA Skybokx 109 Sports Bar & Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our daily food and beverage operations. What You’ll Do • Lead by example: Help oversee daily restaurant operations and keep service running smoothly, even during the busiest shifts. • Inspire the team: Train, support, and motivate team members to deliver a welcoming and memorable guest experience. • Deliver quality: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service. • Make guests feel welcome: Respond to guest questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude. • Keep things organized: Assist with inventory, ordering, administrative duties, scheduling, and shift management. • Promote a safe environment: Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. • Be part of the action: Help create the energetic, friendly atmosphere that makes Skybokx 109 a favorite place to gather. What We’re Looking For • At least one year of food and beverage supervisory experience preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality. • The ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Availability for part-time or full-time employment. • TIPS, ServSafe, CPR, or First Aid certifications are a plus, or a willingness to obtain applicable certifications.
