The Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Mystic, CT. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service and smooth workflow among staff to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate activities of restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency. • Train, mentor, and support team members to maintain consistent standards. • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address issues or concerns. • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. • Collaborate with management to implement policies and improve overall service quality.
