Responsibilities • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations. • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and financing options. • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. • Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals. • Stay up to date with industry trends and product information to effectively convey benefits to customers.
