Job Details: Job Location: Store 514 - 8286 S Wadsworth (Jennys TSE) - Littleton, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $65000.00Salary/year, Job Category: Customer Service, Job Title: Store Manager (Jenny’s Market) Department: Operations Hiring Range: $60,000 - $65,000+/yr. depending on store location and employee experience FLSA: Exempt DOL Status: Full-time Reports to: District Manager The Jenny’s Market Store Manager position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner.  Oversee all daily operations, managing employees, and the store. This includes supervision and training of employees as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results. Duties and Responsibilities Managing the store in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, customer relations. Enforcing company and governmental rules, regulations, policies, and audits, to ensure compliance. Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner. Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all financial analyses to maximize sales and profits. Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for following banking requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 lbs. from ground to waist level as needed (to replenish fountain syrups, stock/maintain inventory, etc.) Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of shift (with appropriate safety equipment) Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 lbs.
