Job Details: Job Location: Store 715 - 1110 South Pierce (39730 - TSE) - Lakewood, CO, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $19.50 - $21.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Category: Customer Service, Job Title: Assistant Store Manager Department: Operations Hiring Range: $19.50-21.00/hr. depending on store location, merit, and employee experience (may be eligible for pay increase after 90-day probationary period) FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime) DOL Status: Full-time and part-time available Reports to: Store Manager Position Summary: The Assistant Manager position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner.  Support the Store Manager in daily operations, managing employees, and the store, especially when the manager is not in the store. This includes supervision and training of employees; trouble shooting daily close out and shift sales; and assisting Store Manager with shift coverages. Duties and Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in managing the store in-regard to daily operations, employees, payroll, merchandizing, and customer relations. Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and transmit the daily bookkeeping, invoicing and gasoline data as required Ability to complete daily banking Troubleshoot daily close out and shift sales analysis Assist the Store Manager with shift coverage in the event there are no other employees available to work Safeguard and account for cash received and disbursed and be responsible for banking requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift Ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 lbs. from ground to waist level as needed (to replenish fountain syrups, stock/maintain inventory, etc.) Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 lbs. from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes of shift (with appropriate safety equipment) Ability to push and pull with arms up to a force of 20 lbs.
