Communicating recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs to customers. Assisting customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: Valid drivers license Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Proficiency in explaining technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures is a plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
