What You’ll Do • Mop and clean all kitchen areas daily according to health department standards • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workspaces • Clean cookware and dishwashing areas nightly • Perform regular deep-cleaning of kitchens and dining areas • Keep the dishwasher clean and in working order • Follow all OSHA and safety procedures • Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep operations running smoothly What We’re Looking For • At least 16 years old • Previous dietary or kitchen experience preferred • Dependable and team-oriented • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical work • Follows procedures and safety rules without shortcuts • Takes pride in a clean, organized, and safe environment • Treats residents and coworkers with respect and professionalism Our Ideal Team Member • Shows up ready to work • Moves with purpose and urgency • Does the right thing without being told • Keeps standards high, even on tough days • Helps the team succeed, not just themselves If you’re someone who works hard, follows through, and takes pride in doing the job right, we’d love to meet you.
