Reconcile assigned balance sheet and general ledger accounts Perform general accounting functions in compliance with FASB (Financial Accounting Standard Board) Manage charitable giving accounts Process, record, and monitor monthly payroll and health benefits activities to make informed recommendations and decisions Tax Reporting 941’s Local, State, Federal and Regulatory Reporting Serve as administrator for the CACFP (Child & Adult Care Food Program) overseeing and reporting monthly invoices, monitoring visits, training and assist with the CACFP annual budget Manage the Residential Accounts and financial oversight according to the North Carolina Residential Healthcare Regulations (i.e. reconciliation and check preparation) Prepare quarterly guardian statements for Residential Prepare Disability reports, SSI representative payee reports SA and DSS recertification Complete Cost Reporting Analysis Assist with the annual year-end accounting audit process and manage designated financial area of focus during audit Responsible for monitoring, managing, problem solving and improving performance within the accounting process Develop policies and procedures for financial accountability for areas of responsibility Abide by, enforce and participate in the implementation and ongoing oversight of all LIFESPAN safety standards and regulations.
