Our Core Training Values: Value People and Relationships Offer Excellent Solutions Lead By Example Exceed Expectations Part-Time, less than 30 Hours per week Paid Sick Time (pro-rated) Position Summary The Instructor is part of the Operations team and is responsible for instructing the courses they are credentialed to teach under American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT), American Academy of Pediatricians (AAP) and/or other course guidelines. The Instructor works directly with the Operations team to maintain Cascade facilities and equipment. This position will also attend client and vendor meetings as needed in order to maintain and grow Cascades course offerings. Core Competencies/Knowledge and Skills Active listening. Qualifications: Essential Functions and Responsibilities Operations Support o Instruct courses based on policies and guidelines set forth by credentialing bodies and Cascade Training Center. Act as Course Director or secondary instructor depending on Operations needs o Assist region in managing and fulfilling client expectations based on service agreements. o Input TMS student data. Students attendance Scores Scanned copies of course records o Training equipment management. Maintain and clean training equipment Recommend training equipment replacement and upgrades as needed Maintain training rooms in a clean and presentable manner including setup and teardown of classroom equipment o Attend client meetings as needed. o Other duties as assigned Education Bachelor degree - preferred Experience 3 years of instruction preferred
