ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions. • Writes up customer's vehicle problems accurately and clearly on repair order. • Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts while establishing accurate “promised time” to customer. • Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed. • Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work and authorization is noted. • Explains completed work and all charges to customers. • Make outbound calls based on lists provided by management to drive business. • Answer inbound calls and work with the BDC to schedule your book of business daily. • Exceed minimum monthly performance based on metrics provided by management. • Engage with the customer and build rapport. • Establish a business model to grow consistently year over year.
