Job Details: Job Location: Cascade Mountain - Portage, WI, Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00, Role and Responsibilities: Cooks are responsible for the preparation of hot and cold foods served at Cascade Mountain as well as performing a wide variety of other duties related to food preparation in a cafeteria-style setting. The specific duties of a Cook shall include but not be limited to: Cooking / preparing menu items using Standard Operating Procedures and sanitation guidelines. Maintaining clean / sanitary conditions in work and customer areas always. Maintaining positive and professional interactions with co-workers and customers always. Greeting and serving guests Answering any questions guests may have regarding menu, ingredients, price, etc. Stocking cups, condiments and other food and non-food items Cleaning counters and floors as needed Clearing and sanitizing tables in dining areas as customers come and go Recording and maintaining proper cooler and food temperatures based on provided guidelines Qualifications: Qualifications and Education Requirements: Able to be on your feet for the entire shift. Flexibility and willingness to perform various duties. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Minimum age requirement is 16.  Uniform and dress code required. Preferred Skills: Experience preferred.
