Job Details: Job Location: Cascade Mountain - Portage, WI, Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00Hourly, A Shift Supervisor performs leadership and organization tasks to ensure that team members work efficiently and effectively together to create a great guest experience.  Specific duties may include but not be limited to: Assigning duties to team members based on role and skills Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary Manage employee conflicts and transgressions Training new and current employees on tasks Handling customer issues and managing conflicts Interacting with customers and answer questions they may have Adjusting schedules to coincide with guest traffic Qualifications: Job Requirements: Able to be on your feet for the entire shift. Flexibility and willingness to perform various duties. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds. Minimum age requirement is 18.  Uniform and dress code required.   Preferred Skills: Excellent communication and decision-making skills Problem solving skills Customer service skills Understanding of health and safety regulations Must be comfortable with workplace technology such as cash registers. Must be able to work as part of a team.
