Responsibilities • Coordinate and schedule skilled home care visits using Kinser software to optimize caregiver assignments and client needs. • Manage intake processes, including client data collection, verification, and entry into Careport systems. • Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and documentation. • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing any client or caregiver concerns promptly. • Collaborate with the care management team to support patient care plans and ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
