The estimated annual earnings for this role are $60,000–$110,000, based on experience and productivity. This position is paid on a flat rate pay structure. Test-drive vehicles and evaluate components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicate with the Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services needed and provide accurate estimates of repair time. Execute repairs under warranty to meet manufacturer specifications. Qualifications: Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. B-level qualifications, including expertise in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair. Excellent dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Proficient in using electronic diagnostic equipment. Outstanding customer service skills and basic computer proficiency. Positive, friendly attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and collaborate with others. Willingness to stay updated with new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications.
