The right person will have experience selling, and must love working with people. What we offer: • Health, Medical and Dental Insurance • 401K Plan with company match • Paid time off and vacation • Growth opportunities • Employee Discounts • Family owned and operated • Long term job security Responsibilities: • Assisting customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs. • Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the Sales Management team. • Create business through a well executed business plan designed for consistent growth with the help of our Management team. • Explaining product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
